| Accreditation and Briefing Department of the Press and Information Office of the President of the Russian Federation began to accept applications for coverage of the meeting of the Council of the Heads of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states and the first BRIC summit (Brazil, Russia, India, China), which will be held in the middle of June 2009 in Yekaterinburg.
