Ahead of SCO summit that will take place in Yekaterinburg, special priority will be given to cuisine of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states.
Ural cooks will prepare for the salon visitors mutton dishes popular in many SCO countries. Traditional Russian and Ural dishes will be also represented: Gurievskaya kasha, kurnik, kundems (a kind of meat dumplings), chicken roll with nuts and many other things.
According to the Deputy Minister of Trade, Nourishment and Services of Sverdlovskaya oblast Dmitry Nozhenko, besides culinary achievements personnel training programs in the sphere of nourishment will be presented at the forum to provide service for foreign guests.
