Regional Minister Alexander Kharlov held a working conference with the heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Yekaterinburg and representing the SCO states. “The diplomats have discussed a number of questions of technical assistance to the activities held within the framework of the forthcoming summit, as well as a possibility of formation of its program’s regional component,” as reported in the ministry.
