По мнению вице-президента Торгово-промышленной палаты России (ТПП РФ) Владимира Падалко, отношения между Москвой и Дели носят характер особо привилегированного стратегического партнерства. Характерной чертой российско-индийских связей является высокая интенсивность политического взаимодействия.
При этом уровень экономического сотрудничества сегодня не соответствует уровню политического диалога. Объем товарооборота между странами колеблется в промежутке от $7,8 до 11,2 млрд. В 2019 году российский экспорт составил $7,3 млрд, импорт – $3,9 млрд.
Доля Индии во внешнеторговом обороте РФ была 1,7% (16-е место), в российском экспорте – 1,7% (14-е место), в российском импорте – 1,6% (19-е место).
Руководство России и Индии поставило задачу увеличить взаимный товарооборот российско-индийской торговли до $30 млрд к 2025 году.
В качестве перспективных направлений можно выделить топливно-энергетический комплекс, атомную энергетику, сферу высоких технологий и средств связи, инфраструктуру, минеральные удобрения, фармацевтику.
Однако существует и целый ряд проблем, препятствующих реализации потенциала развития двусторонних деловых отношений. Речь идет о несовпадении бизнес-интересов, сложной логистике, административных барьерах, отсутствии соглашения о взаимной защите инвестиций, отсутствии действенного механизма экспертизы проектов.
Сейчас влияние на мировую экономику оказывает эпидемия коронавируса. В этой ситуации деловые круги России и Индии больше внимания начинают уделять торговым отношениям между странами, передает ИА REGNUM.
